This document (“Terms and Conditions”) governs your use of the DDC Pharmacy website, mobile application, and retail stores (“DDC Platform”). By accessing or using the DDC Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the DDC Platform.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or access the DDC Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Persons legally incompetent to contract or previously barred from DDC services are not eligible.

Services

DDC Pharmacy provides:

• Sale and delivery of medicines, medical devices, over-the- counter products, and select health and personal care items.
• Online ordering through the DDC Platform; all sales are fulfilled by DDC Pharmacy.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the Platform.
• Protect your account credentials; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Upload valid prescriptions when required; duplicate prescriptions without authorization are prohibited.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Delivery and Payment

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors. 5. Prohibited
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, and payment must be completed at the time of delivery.
• Delivery issues due to incorrect address or absence of recipient are your responsibility.
• Refunds will be processed per the DDC Payment, Returns, and Refund Policy.
• International delivery is not available; shipping is limited to India

Prohibited Content

You must not upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, infringing, or misleading. DDC Pharmacy may remove prohibited content and suspend access for violations.

Liability & Indemnity

DDC Pharmacy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or services. You agree to indemnify DDC Pharmacy against any claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the DDC Platform are owned by or licensed to DDC Pharmacy. Use is permitted only as authorized for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Amendments & Force Majeure

DDC Pharmacy may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
DDC Pharmacy is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Termination

DDC Pharmacy may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for violation of laws or these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [City], India.
