Order Processing

• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery-

• We deliver to addresses within India only.
• Standard delivery timelines: 2-5 business days for most locations. Remote areas may take longer.
• Delivery is made via trusted courier partners. You will receive a tracking ID once the order is shipped.

Delivery Guidelines-

• Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are correct. DDC Pharmacy is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Shipping Charges-

Damaged or Missing Items-

Check your order upon receipt. Report damaged or missing items to customer support immediately (within 48 hours) for resolution
