This policy outlines the terms under which DDC
Pharmacy (“we”
,
“us”
,
“our”) processes payments,
returns, and refunds for orders placed via our website or
mobile application (the “DDC Platform”). By using the
DDC Platform, you agree to this policy.
Payment

You may use UPI, internet banking, debit cards, or credit
cards to make payments for any products purchased on the
DDC Platform.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party
payment gateway partners (Payment Aggregators). Once
redirected to the Payment Aggregator, you agree to their
terms and conditions and privacy policy.
- DDC Pharmacy is not responsible if incorrect details (e.g., card/account number, UPI ID) are entered by you or if
unauthorized use of your payment credentials occurs.
- DDC Pharmacy will keep your financial information secure
in line with our Privacy Policy and shall share it only with
authorized third parties, as required by law.
Specific Payment Modes

QR Code Payments : You can scan the QR code provided
on the platform using UPI apps and complete payment by
entering the correct amount.

Tokenized Card Payments: In line with RBI guidelines, card details cannot be stored. Instead, your card may be
tokenized by authorized networks (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.) through our Payment Aggregators. You will always
have the option to register/deregister cards and manage
tokens in your payment settings.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We strive to deliver genuine medicines and healthcare
products in the right condition. Please check your order at the
time of delivery.

Return requests can be raised within 48 hours from delivery
if the product is eligible. Exceptions may be considered at
DDC Pharmacy’s sole discretion.
- Products are eligible for return in the following cases:
- Product delivered is different from the order
- Product delivered in damaged or non-working condition
- Missing parts/accessories
- Product mismatch with description or packaging issues
- Unopened, unused products with intact labels/barcodes/serial
numbers
Note: Opened strips of medicines, used bottles, or products
beyond 48 hours of delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable categories include:

Temperature-controlled medicines (injections, vaccines, pen-
fills)
- Baby care (diapers, breast pumps, bottle nipples, etc.)
- Food & Nutrition (infant foods, supplements, health drinks)
- Healthcare devices (glucometers, lancets, surgical devices)
- Sexual wellness products (condoms, lubricants, fertility kits, pregnancy kits)
- Personal care (toothpastes, toothbrushes, razors, shaving
foams, sanitary pads, etc.)
- Ayurveda and Herbal Products once opened
- Wearables, bandages, masks, or partially used items.
ORDER CANCELLATION
By DDC Pharmacy: Orders may be cancelled due to stock
limitations, incorrect pricing, or risk of fraud. If payment has
already been made, refunds will be processed.
By Customer: Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once
shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
REFUNDS

Refunds for eligible returns/cancellations will be processed
using the same mode of payment used during purchase
(except cash-on-delivery).
- For COD orders, refunds will be made through bank
transfer (NEFT) or credited as DDC Wallet Credits (if
available on the platform).
- Refunds will not be processed to third-party accounts. The
account holder’s name must match the DDC Pharmacy
account.
- Refund requests must be made within 6 months from the
date of cancellation/return.
- Refunds may take up to 30 business days depending on bank
turnaround time and RBI regulations.
To receive NEFT refunds, customers must provide:
Account Number,IFSC Code,Account Holder’s Name
